1 General Terms & Conditions

T971 (operated by T971 Entertainment Limited) is an internationally licensed online gaming platform built for gaming enthusiasts in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the t971 website (t971.app) and all services offered under it.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register on t971, you must meet the eligibility requirements listed below. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older. t971 reserves the right to verify your age at any time.
• One account: Only one account is permitted per individual, household address, phone number, email address, or payment method.
• Accurate Information: Your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details must be provided accurately. Registering with incorrect information may result in account cancellation.
• KYC Verification: Identity must be confirmed using a National ID card or passport prior to withdrawal.
• Password Security: Keep your login credentials confidential. Allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit & Payment Rules

Deposits on t971 can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposits may only be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party will be reversed and the account may be subject to investigation.

4 Withdrawal Rules & Process

• Under the same account: Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit.
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500।

• Processing Time: Once verification is complete, typically within 5 minutes to 24 hours.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

7 Account Suspension & Closure

• If fraudulent activity, collusion, or cheating is proven.
• If found to be involved in money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

Members may also request to close their account at any time through the support team. In the case of voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be refunded, but the bonus balance will be forfeited.
